Re: Transaction in own securities
On 15 November 2007 ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Limited ('the Company')
purchased 100,000 of its own ordinary shares of Nil Par Value for cancellation
at an average price of 77p per share. Following this purchase and cancellation
the Company's issued share capital will consist of 330,660,000 Ordinary shares.
The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will therefore be
330,660,000.
The above figure (330,660,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
