        Acquisition by Pendragon of shares in Stripestar owned by Ford

At the Extraordinary General Meeting, held at 10.00 am today, the ordinary
resolution to approve the acquisition of the shares that Ford owned in the
joint venture company Stripestar Limited was duly passed and the acquisition
has now been completed.
