PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
As a result of the reduction of Pendragon's issued share capital resulting from
the Pendragon share buy back announced on 10 June 2002, the following percentage
holdings on the total issued share capital of Pendragon PLC have changed.
Fidelity International Limited holding of 7,219,439 Pendragon ordinary shares
now represents 12.42% of Pendragon's issued capital.
Jupiter Income Trust holding of 4,862,776 Pendragon ordinary shares now
represents 8.37% of Pendragon's issued capital.
StanLife Nominees Limited holding of 3,620,196 Pendragon ordinary shares now
represents 6.23% of Pendragon's issued capital.
Schroder Unit Trust Funds holding of 2,628,214 Pendragon ordinary shares now
represents 4.52% of Pendragon's issued capital.
