it was notified on 18 April 2008 that following a transaction on 14 April 2008,
Interamericana Trading Corp. has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over
20,187,277 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 3.08% of the voting rights in the
issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
