Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 29 April 2009 that following a transaction on 27 April 2009 UBS Investment Bank has increased its notifiable interest in the voting rights to above 8% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
