Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 5 May 2009 that following a transaction on 1 May 2009 UBS Investment Bank has decreased its notifiable interest in the voting rights to below 7% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon to 44,742,846 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 6.82% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
