Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 5 May 2009 that following a transaction on 1 May 2009 Schroders plc has decreased its notifiable interest in the voting rights to below 10% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon to 65,287,729 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 9.95% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
