Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 5 May 2009 that following a transaction on 1 May 2009 Interamericana Trading Corp. has decreased its notifiable interest in the voting rights to below 3% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon to 10,928,920 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 1.67% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
