Director / PDMR Shareholding

Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 10 January 2013 Stephen Boyd, Chairman bought 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 1.95p per share. Following the purchase, Mr Boyd  is deemed beneficially to be interested in  18,133,333 shares, representing approximately 3.92 per cent . of the issued share capital.
