Director / PDMR Shareholding

Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed on 6^th May 2021 of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 50p each in the capital of the Company.

Richard Briere Chief Financial Officer, was awarded 5,000 shares at a price of nil pence per share under an ESOP trust scheme.

Following the award, Mr Briere's holding in the Company has increased to 125,000 shares which represents 1.00% of the Company's issued share capital.

Reg Hankey, Chief Executive Officer, was awarded 6,126 shares at a price of Nil pence per share.

Following the ESOP award, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to 373,948 shares which represents 2.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
