Annual General Meeting and Director's Dealing

Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors is pleased to confirm that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

In addition, the Company has been  informed that on 16 May 2013 Reg Hankey, Chief Executive, bought a further 100,000 shares in the Company at a price of 2.1p per share. Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 7,636,719 shares.
