Plant Health Care, (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of natural products for
plants and soil, announces that Walter Bratkowski, Finance Director has resigned
from the Board and the Company, with immediate effect, to pursue other business
interests.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Weaver, who will
become Chief Financial Officer from 23 May 2007; it is intended that he will be
appointed to the Board in due course.

Mr Weaver has extensive senior management experience, with a career spanning
corporate finance and industry. From 2004 to date, he has been CFO of Xaloy Inc,
the global leader in machinery components and processing systems for the
plastics industry, prior to which he was CFO and subsequently Senior Vice
President and General Manager of Carbride/Graphite Group Inc. He started his
career with PNC Bank, working in International Financial Services and Corporate
Finance. Mr Weaver has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance.
