Change of Company Secretary and Additional Listing of Shares
The Company announces that the Christina Kennedy FCIS has retired as Company
Secretary with effect from 30 June 2005 and that Catherine Sutton FCIS has been
appointed in her place.
The Company today approved the allotment of 6,756 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 37p being the closing middle market price
prior to the allotment, which comprises part of Mrs Kennedy's contractual
package in lieu of fees.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange to list 6,756 Ordinary
Shares increasing the issued capital of the Company to 30,081,368 Ordinary
Shares.
