Publication of Annual Report 2011 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that, on Friday 16 March 2012, the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 was sent to shareholders.  Copies are available from the Company's office at Plant Health Care, Inc., Suite 100 - 285 Kappa Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, USA.  

Also on 16 March 2012, the Company sent to shareholders Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").  The AGM will be held on 19 April 2012 at Tavistock Communications Limited, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London EC2A 1NT and will commence at 10:30 am.
