                               Research Agreement

Plant Health Care ('PHC' or the 'Group') is pleased to announce that it has
entered into a joint research agreement with Ball Horticultural Company
('Ball'), a world leader in the commercial development and production of
ornamental plant and seed varieties. Ball has operations around the world in 21
countries on six continents and is the largest horticultural seed company in the
United States.

Under the Agreement, PHC will provide its products and expertise to assist Ball
in the exploration of new production techniques using sustainable products and
practices.

Ball has recently launched a new initiative, 'Circle of Life,' a programme that
promotes the production of ornamental plants utilizing innovative
environmentally sustainable practices. This type of programme aligns itself well
with PHC's mission of developing and selling environmentally friendly plant
growth products.

Commenting on the agreement, John Brady, CEO of Plant Health Care, said, 'The
