Betfair to Launch Poker Room on iPoker
Playtech, (LSE: PTEC) the international designer, developer, licensor and provider of software and services for the online, mobile, TV and land-based gaming industry, announces that Betfair Group plc ("Betfair") will offer the iPoker product to all poker customers later this month, beginning a transition to an exclusive arrangement from July 2013.
Playtech's iPoker network currently has six million customers and is the fourth largest poker platform measured by active players. Playtech already provides Befair with its casino and gaming products.
