('Playtech' or the 'Company')
Application has been made by the Company to the AIM Market of the London Stock
Exchange Plc for the block admission of up to 2,500,000 ordinary shares of no
par value which may be allotted and issued in due course in relation to the
vesting of options granted to employees or directors of the Company or its
subsidiaries under the rules of the Playtech Limited 2005 Global Share Option
Plan (the 'Plan'). The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued
shares of the Company.
The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on 7 April 2008.
