The Company was notified that on 12 November 2007, Mr Rafi Ashkenazi, a 
director of the Company, exercised options over 66,666 Ordinary Shares at an 
exercise price of US$3.24.

Subsequent to the option exercise, the Company was also informed that on 12 
November 2007, Mr Ashkenazi sold 66,666 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.80.

As a result of the above transactions, Mr Ashkenazi now holds an interest in 
316,668 Ordinary Shares (all by way of unvested options) and the issued share 
capital in the Company as at the date of this notice is 215,037,681.
