The Company was notified on 4 May 2010 that on 30 April 2010 Mr Barry Gibson, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired an interest through his self-invested pension plan in 5,000 Ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at 508.2p.

The above figure represents the full interest in shares held by Mr Barry Gibson and represents 0.002% of the voting rights attaching to the shares of the Company.
