Director Increases Shareholding through Exercise of Options
Playtech plc announces that, on 28 June 2019, Andrew Smith, Chief Financial Officer, increased his shareholding in the Company by exercising vested options under the Playtech Long Term Incentive Plan 2012. Mr. Smith exercised options over 22,501 shares and increased his total shareholding in the Company by 11,675 shares to a total of 33,675 shares with the remaining shares having been sold to cover tax and NIC liabilities and commission charges associated with the options exercise.
