The Company was notified on 6 March 2007 that on 5 March 2007, Mr Rafi Ashkenazi
, a director of the Company, exercised options over 66,666 Ordinary Shares at an 
exercise price of US$4.00.

Subsequent to the option exercise, the Company was informed on 6 March 2007 that 
on 5 March 2007, Mr Ashkenazi sold 66,666 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.40.

The Company was also notified on 6 March 2007 that on 5 March 2007, Mr Ashkenazi 
separately sold 5,555 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.36.

As a result of the above transactions, Mr Ashkenazi now holds an interest in 
333,334 Ordinary Shares (all by way of unvested options). The issued share 
capital of the Company as at the date of this notice consists of 214,266,316 
Ordinary shares of no par value.
