Dividend declaration

Playtech (AIM: PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, is pleased to announce that, subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 7.6 € cents per ordinary share will be paid on 15 May 2009 to shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 3 April 2009. The ex-dividend date will be 1 April 2009.

For those shareholders that have elected to receive their dividends in Sterling the conversion exchange rate from Euros will be set on 27 April 2009. Shareholders will shortly be sent currency election forms which will need to be returned to the Company's registrars by 9 April 2009.

Playtech will hold its AGM at 11am on 13 May 2009 at the Sefton Hotel, Harris Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man.
