First day of dealings on the Official List
Further to the announcement on Thursday 28 June 2012, Playtech is pleased to announce that its entire issued ordinary share capital ('Ordinary Shares') will today be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities at 8am ('Admission'). Trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously with Admission.
The Company's TIDM code on the London Stock Exchange will continue to be PTEC. On Admission, there will be 289,287,628 Ordinary Shares in issue.
