Update on Board Succession Planning

Notice of Annual General Meeting

Playtech announces that its 2019 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at The Sefton Hotel, Harris Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man at 10.00 am on Wednesday 15 May 2019.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the AGM notice and Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available to view at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on the Company's website www.investors.playtech.com/annual-reports.

Update on Board Succession Planning

Since the Company's last Annual General Meeting, Playtech Chairman Alan Jackson has overseen a significant evolution of the Company's Board, resulting in the appointment of four new Independent Non-Executive Directors. He will now turn his attentions to overseeing an orderly succession process to identify a new Chairman for the Group, allowing for a period of stability and integration. This will be a full and thorough process which will include consideration of internal and external candidates.
