Notice of Interim Results

Playtech, (AIM:PTEC) the leading provider of software and services to the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, confirms that its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2011 will be announced on Thursday 25 August 2011.

The Company will hold a presentation for analysts at 10.30 am on Thursday 25 August at the Lincoln Centre, 18 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3ED.

The presentation shall be webcast live and accessible via the Company's website at http://playtech.com/html/page/investors where an on-demand replay will also be available after the meeting.
