Results of the General Meeting

Playtech announced on 15 November 2021 that it had posted a shareholder circular regarding the proposed all-cash sale by Playtech of its financial trading division, Finalto, to Gopher Investments (the "Disposal"), which contained a notice convening a General Meeting on 1 December 2021 ("Notice of General Meeting").
Playtech is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting to approve the Disposal was duly passed today, on a poll vote, by Playtech's shareholders.
Completion of the Disposal is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2022.
