Plaza Centers N.V. 2017 Annual Dutch Statutory Accounts

Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company"), announces that its Dutch 2017 Annual Report has been published and is available on the Company's website at http://www.plazacenters.com/index.php?p=financial_reports_2018.

In addition, the 2017 Annual Dutch Statutory Accounts have been filed and are available to view at the Company's registered office, Prins Hendrikkade, 48S 1012, AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The 2017 Annual Dutch Statutory Accounts will be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held in Amsterdam on 14 June 2018. Further details on the AGM will be announced in due course.
