Notice of EGM
Plus500, a leading online service provider for trading Contracts for Difference ("CFDs") internationally, announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at 4.30pm on 20 February 2020 ("EGM"), for the purpose of approving the remuneration arrangements for its executive directors for the year ending 31 December 2020 as the Company is required to do under Israeli Law. The EGM will be held at the offices of MHP Communications, 6 Agar Street, London, WC2N 4HN.
