Pod Point has today published the following documents on its website:  http://investors.pod-point.com/

· Pod Point's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year-ended 31 December 2021

· Notice of Pod Point's 2022 Annual General Meeting to be held as a virtual meeting on Tuesday 14 June 2022 at 2.00pm (the AGM)

· Form of Proxy for the AGM.

Pod Point has also submitted a copy of each of these documents to the National Storage Mechanism, and they will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

Details of the arrangements for shareholders to join the AGM are set out in the Notice of the AGM.
