Dispatch of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On 12 February 2019 the Company announced its final results for the year ended 30 November 2018.

The Company now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 November 2018, the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, 11 April 2019 at 12 noon and the form of proxy have been posted to shareholders.
