Compliance with Market Abuse Regulation

The Company announced on 1 June 2016 (at the commencement of the then closed period for the production of its results for the six months ended 31 May 2016) that it had no inside information which had not been notified to a Regulated Information Service.  Since the implementation of the Market Abuse Regulation on 3 July 2016, the Company announces that it has no such unpublished inside information and therefore continues not to be prohibited from purchasing its own ordinary or subscription shares in accordance with existing shareholder authorities.
