The Company was notified on 12 September 2019 that Mr Robert Kyprianou, Non-executive Chairman, bought 1,070 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") following an automatic dividend reinvestment for his personal holding at an aggregated price of 138.6p per share.
