Polar Capital Global Financials Trust plc (the "Company")

Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)

The Company was notified on 12 March 2020 that Mr Robert Kyprianou, Non-executive Chairman, bought 1,200 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") following an automatic dividend reinvestment for his personal holding at an aggregated price of 103.64p per share.

The Company was then further notified on 12 March 2020 that Mr Kyprianou had bought 19,483 ordinary shares of 5p each for his personal holding at the price of 102.65p per share. Following these transactions Mr Kyprianou is interested in a total of 89,209 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
