Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)

The Company was notified on 23 March 2021 that Mrs Katrina Hart, a Non-executive Director, sold 12,500 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregated price of 156.69p per share and then subsequently purchased 12,500 ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 158.08p per share. The purpose of the sale and purchase was to effect a transfer of these shares in to her personal ISA account, an action that would ordinarily be undertaken directly by Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) without any market participation however, due to a suspension in service by HL in connection with the working arrangements around COVID-19 this service is not currently available.
