Polar Capital Global Financials Trust Plc notifies the market of the following:

As at close of business on 29 July 2016, Polar Capital Global Financials Trust plc's share capital consisted of 172,575,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each and 30,600,000 Subscription Shares of 1 penny each.

Each Ordinary Share carries one vote while the Subscription Shares have no voting rights. Therefore as at 30 June 2016, the total number of voting rights is 172,575,000.

No shares are held in Treasury. 

The above figure (172,575,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in Polar Capital Global Financials Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
