Transaction in own shares

On 18 March 2020, the Company agreed to buy back 190,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 91.4698 pence per ordinary share. The highest and lowest prices being 92.6 pence and 89.8 pence respectively. The Ordinary Shares bought back will be held in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary Shares in issue and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (including those held in Treasury):	202,775,000
Number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury:	286,000
Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue:	202,489,000
