Management and Performance Fee Agreement with Polar Capital Technology Trust Plc

As announced by the board of Polar Capital Technology Trust plc ('PCTT') this
morning, Polar Capital Holdings plc (the 'Company'), which manages the assets of
PCTT, has reached agreement with PCTT to change the existing performance fee
arrangements to bring them more into line with current market practice. The 1%
management fee remains unaltered. The new arrangement has effect from 1 May
2007.
The board of the Company believes that the effect of the changes will be broadly
neutral over the medium term.
