Annual Financial Report 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On 17 July 2018 the Company announced its final results for the year ended 30 April 2018.

The Company now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2018, the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 September 2018 at 2.30pm and the form of proxy and form of direction (for Alliance Trust Savings Scheme members) have been posted to shareholders.
