Polar Capital Technology Trust plc (the "Company") Bonus issue of Subscription Shares

Listing application

The Company announces that it has made applications to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 25,358,288 Subscription Shares in relation to the bonus issue of Subscription Shares approved by shareholders at the general meeting of the Company held today.

Dealings in the subscription shares are expected to commence on 14 February 2011.

Following admission of the subscription shares there will be 126,797,914 Ordinary Shares and 25,358,288 Subscription Shares in issue.

The Subscription Shares will trade under the code "PCTS" from the date of their admission.
