Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 656 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 2 subscription shareholders. 

As at 30 April 2013, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,231,742 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,774,460 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,232,398 Ordinary Shares and 24,773,804 Subscription Shares.
