Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 155 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 1 subscription shareholder. 

As at 31 August 2012, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,208,110 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,798,092 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification are 128,208,265 Ordinary Shares and 24,797,937 Subscription Shares.
