Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 1,569 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 7 subscription shareholders. 

As at 30 September 2013, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,234,276 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,771,926 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,235,845 Ordinary Shares and 24,770,357 Subscription Shares.
