Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 480 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 1 subscription shareholder. 

As at 30 August 2013, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,233,796 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,772,406 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,234,276 Ordinary Shares and 24,771,926 Subscription Shares.
