Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 1,118 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 2 subscription shareholders. 

As at 30 June 2013, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,232,678 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,773,524 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,233,796 Ordinary Shares and 24,772,406 Subscription Shares.
