As at 31 December 2012, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,220,216 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,785,986 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,220,357 Ordinary Shares and 24,785,845 Subscription Shares.
