ALLOTMENT OF SHARES

The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid under its block listing facility. These shares were issued for cash on 21 October 2013 at a price of 472.57p per share.  The number of ordinary shares in issue is now 128,335,845

The above figure (128,335,845) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
