Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 702 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 3 subscription shareholders. 

As at 31 October 2013, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,635,845 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,770,357 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,636,547 Ordinary Shares and 24,769,655 Subscription Shares.
