Polar Capital Technology Trust Plc notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 July 2013, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,233,796 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,772,406 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

Each Ordinary Share carries one vote while the Subscription Shares have no voting rights. Therefore as at 31 July 2013, the total number of voting rights is 128,233,796.

No shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure (128,233,796) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in Polar Capital Technology Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
