Sumeru Gold Holdings B.V. wholly owns Sumeru Gold B.V.  Steppe Unity Coöperatief U.A. wholly owns Sumeru Gold Holdings B.V.  Steppe Unity Coöperatief U.A is owned by Steppe Capital Pte Ltd (95.1%) and Steppe Unity Holdings Pte Ltd (4.9%)  Steppe Capital Pte Ltd wholly owns Steppe Unity Holdings Pte Ltd. Steppe Capital Pte Ltd is wholly owned by Mr Timur Kulibayev. The shares in Steppe Capital Pte Ltd are held in trust for the benefit of Mr Kulibayev.
