Voting Rights and Capital as at 2 November 2011.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.

On 2 November 2011, the ordinary share capital of Polymetal International plc (the "Company") was admitted to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority (the "FSA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

As at 2 November 2011, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 385,991,770 ordinary shares of no par value, each carrying one vote.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 385,991,770.

The above figure (385,991,770) may be used as the denominator for the calculation of the percentage of voting rights held in the Company, or any change in the percentage of voting rights so held, required to be notified by any person to the Company under the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
